ISO 9001:2008 Internal Assessor Workshop
Segue is pleased to participate in and promote a 2-day workshop for internal assessors focused on the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The attendee can expect to receive a sound working knowledge of the ISO 9001 Standard, the auditing process and the use of audit tools.
Attendees will walk away with:
- A comprehensive workbook that provides background on the ISO Standard, auditing methodology and step-by-step explanation on how to set up and conduct internal ISO assessments.
- Audit checklists for use during the audit.
- Experience the audit process through in class role plays.
- Upon successful completion of the program, a certification diploma.

Demand-Driven Value Chain Solutions Workshop
This summer Segue partnered with DemandPoint to host a DFT principles workshop in Lowell, MA. This intensive, hands-on workshop helped participants understand the concepts of Demand Flow Technology to help drive operational efficiencies, reduce manufacturing cycle times and the cash conversion cycle. In early 2011, Segue will sponsor a follow-up workshop on Demand-Driven Value Chain Solutions. In the workshop, participants will learn how to model supply chain design and execution to react to real-time demand across a network of customers and suppliers.
