William Roderick
Vice President
Prior to joining Segue Manufacturing, Mr. Roderick was the founder and CEO of Cable Design and Manufacturing. In that role, he effectively grew the company from its founding to a major contract manufacturing entity serving several market leaders in the solar, semiconductor, medical and military industries. Previous to that, he served a 10 year tenure as Director of the Quality Group and Test Departments for Keytek Instruments.
Brian Desmarais
Vice President and General Manager
Brian joined the company with over 24 years of experience in complex systems engineering. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in physics from the University of Maine and his masters in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Previous to Segue he was Vice President of Engineering at Axcelis Technologies and held various executive level positions in engineering, marketing, and sales, and he was employed at the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard supporting quality, test engineering, and program management. Brian comes to Segue with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field, centering on and around quality management, product development, program management, systems engineering, and customer relationship management.
Stephanie Lin
Vice President & General Manager of Segue Xiamen
Stephanie currently serves as the General Manager of Segue Asia's manufacturing facility, formerly Sanbor Interconnect. Since 1996 Stephanie has been with Sanbor Interconnect, helping to implement its ISO 9000 and lean quality and manufacturing systems. Prior to Sanbor, Stephanie held engineering positions with ITT Cannon and Leoni Germany. Stephanie has a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Tongji University in Shanghai.
Chris Brothers
Vice President, Customer Service
Chris began his career in 1980 with Crowe Electrical where he obtained his electricians license. He went on to found and operate CJ Brothers Electrical for 14 years prior to joining Cable Designs as a program manager in 1999. At Cable Designs, Chris held several supervisory and management positions in production and customer service. Currently Chris serves as Director of Operations where he leads Segue's lean manufacturing initiatives.
Charlie Pickett
Director of Sales
Charlie began his career in manufacturing as an inside sales associate at Admiral Metals. He then moved to Astro Precision Machine where he was Sales Manager for the next 15 years. Charlie then acquired Kennedy Machine and was the owner operator. He joined Segue as Director of Sales when Segue acquired Kennedy Machine in 2003. Charlie holds a degree in Business Management.
