To the role of CEO, Brian brings technology-led vision and results-driven customer focus. His passion for engineering and technology is matched by a desire to build high-performance teams and agile systems that enable long-term customer and company success. Brian has a wealth of technology leadership gained from his 30-year career in product development and electronics manufacturing, with cross-industry insight gained from experience at companies as diverse as Axcelis Technologies (formerly Eaton Semiconductor Equipment), Denton Vacuum, Reterro Incorporated as well as prior leadership roles at Segue.  His industry experience spans EMS, OEMs and Capital Equipment markets, and includes research & development, technology management and consulting, product development and design engineering, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma, business development, executive and plant management, and business operations. Brian also founded and was President of Flexible Engineering, a successful engineering services consulting firm, and is the co-owner of multiple product patents in the fields of thermal remediation and military ordinance. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Maine and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the College of New Hampshire.

Jim Wright

Vice President of Engineering and Quality

Segue’s VP of Engineering and Quality, Jim ensures the fusion of innovation and quality to deliver seamless technical services and unmatched reliability to Segue’s customers.  Jim is a proven leader in change management and product development, and is instrumental in developing Segue’s technology roadmap and best practices for the engineering organization. With two decades leading technology transformation and ensuring worldwide regulatory compliance for start-ups and multinationals alike, Jim excels at managing technology transfer between organizations and global business units, creating synergy across diverse technical, development, and manufacturing teams. This talent for team development and Jim’ background in operations and supply chain make him the ideal fit to lead the company’s technical and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Jim has specific expertise in Class I and Class II Medical Devices, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Scott Duhamel

VP of Operations

Scott serves as the Vice President of Operations for Segue Manufacturing Services.  Overseeing management responsibilities for master scheduling; program management; supply chain; inventory control; planning; production; line quality and transportation/logistics. Over the years Mr. Duhamel has held numerous leadership roles in operations driving continuous improvement initiatives for large Corporations. Has served 15+ years in production management, planning management and new product introduction management positions.  Also served 16+ years as a corporate master scheduler; production manager and then as global operations manager, supporting Microchip’s Frequency and Time Division.  During this time, he helped lead activities that resulted in the following improvements: OTD to Promise up by >14% (Attaining >95%) reducing inventory by over 30% and securing cost reductions of >4% in recent years.  He holds degrees Electronic Technology from Wentworth, Sylvania, and Northern Essex.  He also earned his project management certification from Worcester Polytechnic Institute of Technology.  Lastly, he is also six-sigma/lean certified and is a member of the granite state APICS chapter.  Scott was raised in Burlington, MA and now resides in Seabrook, NH where he enjoys boating and fishing.

Scott Manty

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

With more than 30 years in Business Development specifically in EMS, Scott has a deep understanding of the importance of finding mutual benefit for both customers and Segue in this challenging and ever-changing industry. He draws on his deep, technical knowledge of operations and supply chain to build the right solutions for OEMs and Tier I EMS providers in need of the complex, low-medium volume model that is Segue’s specialty. Scott's leadership expertise includes global business and customer relationship management, and he has held senior management roles at contract manufacturers and OEMs alike. Scott holds a Bachelor of Administration from Boston University's School of Management.

Stephanie Lin

Vice President & General Manager of Segue Xiamen

Stephanie currently serves as the General Manager of Segue Asia's manufacturing facility, formerly Sanbor Interconnect. Since 1996, Stephanie has been with Sanbor Interconnect, helping to implement its ISO 9000 and lean quality and manufacturing systems. Prior to Sanbor, Stephanie held engineering positions with ITT Cannon and Leoni Group, a global supplier of wires, optical fibers, cables and cable systems headquartered in Germany. Stephanie has a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Tongji University in Shanghai.
